Terms & Conditions

Participation in the use of Ultimately Driven and its services will constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

This site and its components/contents are offered for information purposes only. This site shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the chosen vehicle for the date required. The remainder of the balance is to be paid at least 30 days before the agreed date. If a failure to settle the balance occurs Ultimately Driven reserves the right to cancel the booking in its entirety.

Should the customer require to cancel the booking one of the following will occur:

1. If the deposit amount has been paid and cancellation occurs prior to the remaining balance being settled the booking will be cancelled and the deposit amount retained by Ultimately Driven.
2. If the cancellation occurs after full payment has been made (less than 30 days from agreed date) Ultimately Driven shall retain all monies paid.
3. However should Ultimately Driven accept another booking on that date using the customers chosen vehicle any monies received shall be returned.

In the unlikely event that Ultimately Driven cancels a booking all monies paid by the customer shall be returned.

Should a vehicle booked by a customer become unavailable after the booking has been taken Ultimately Driven shall endeavour to replace the vehicle with another from its own fleet. If an agreement between Ultimately Driven and the customer cannot be reached on the replacement, then any monies paid shall be returned.

All vehicles supplied will only be driven by Ultimately Driven employees.

The driver of any of Ultimately Driven vehicles reserves the right to refuse to drive any passengers based on the following but not limited to:

1. Abusive behaviour.
2. Believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Smoking is always prohibited in all our vehicles.
